Drink Drive Survive is a driving game built as a warning. You’re behind the wheel after too many drinks, and the game simulates exactly what that does: the screen swims, your vision blurs worse the longer you drive, and oncoming traffic keeps arriving whether you can see it clearly or not.
The road itself is generous — straight and wide, no corners to master. The entire challenge is dodging the cars coming at you while your view of them steadily deteriorates. Cups of coffee appear along the road, and grabbing one clears your head for a while, which turns every run into a chain of small decisions: is that coffee worth crossing two lanes of traffic to reach?
A run ends the way these runs always end. That’s the message, and the game doesn’t pretend otherwise — it’s a few minutes of arcade dodging that doubles as the most effective don’t-drink-and-drive ad you’ll play this year. Made by Catom Games.
How to play Drink Drive Survive
Steer your car down a straight, wide road and weave through the oncoming traffic. Your vision gets blurrier the longer you drive — collect the cups of coffee on the road to temporarily clear your head. The run lasts as long as you can avoid a crash.
Controls
- Mouse Steer
- Touch Steer on mobile
Tips
- Treat coffee as your health bar — a cup is almost always worth a risky reach
- Use the full width of the road early, while you can still see clearly
- Make small steering corrections; big swerves at speed end runs
- When the blur gets bad, watch for the shapes of cars rather than details — movement reads before outlines do
