Use of the site

Smart Balak provides free access to browser-based games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the site or its games
  • Use automated tools to scrape or republish our content elsewhere
  • Post spam, harassment, or unlawful content in comments
  • Attempt to bypass or manipulate advertising on the site, including clicking ads to inflate revenue

Games and intellectual property

The games available on Smart Balak are provided through the GamePix distribution network under license, and remain the intellectual property of their respective developers and publishers. We don’t own the games themselves — we curate, review, and provide access to them through a licensed embed.

The written content on this site reviews, guides, and articles is our own work and may not be copied or republished without permission.

No warranty

Games and content are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that every game will always be available, bug-free, or compatible with your device. Third-party games may change or be removed from the GamePix network at any time, outside of our control.

Limitation of liability

Smart Balak is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the site or the games it links to, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes, but isn’t limited to, technical issues, data loss, or content from embedded third-party games.

If comments are enabled, you’re responsible for what you post. We reserve the right to remove any comment for any reason, including spam, abuse, or off-topic content.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
